Senior HR Business Partner | Gallatin, TNWe are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support plant leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to operations leadership while balancing strategic HR leadership with hands-on employee support.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with manufacturing leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, employee engagement, and talent strategyLead employee relations activities including investigations, performance management, coaching, and conflict resolutionSupport recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, leadership development, and retention initiativesDrive HR programs that support operational performance, culture, and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and workplace standardsAnalyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities for improvementPartner cross-functionally with Operations, Safety, and Corporate HR teams to support business objectivesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred5–8+ years of progressive HR experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operationsStrong background in employee relations, compliance, and supporting hourly workforcesExperience supporting multi-shift manufacturing environments preferredStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsHR certification (SHRM or PHR/SPHR) preferredWhat’s OfferedStable and growth-oriented environmentCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageMedical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, tuition assistance, and additional employee programs
