SHAMROCK ROOFING & CONSTRUCTIONClient Onboarding & CRM Admin AssistantFull -Time | In-Office | Overland Park, KSShamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Client Onboarding & CRM Admin Assistant to support the operational rollout and ongoing adoption of Trussi.ai, our proprietary roofing CRM platform. This role is instrumental in ensuring that new clients and internal users are successfully onboarded, trained, and set up for long-term success within the system.Working closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams, the ideal candidate brings a strong administrative foundation, excellent communication skills, and a genuine comfort with CRM platforms and digital tools. This is a high-impact, detail-driven role at the intersection of client success, operations, and technology.Key ResponsibilitiesClient OnboardingCoordinate and execute end-to-end onboarding workflows for new clients and internal market locations entering the Trussi.ai platformSet up user accounts, roles, and permission structures in Trussi.ai in alignment with established guidelinesCollect, verify, and input onboarding data including company details, team rosters, and workflow configurationsCommunicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experienceTrack onboarding progress, escalate blockers, and maintain accurate status logsCRM Administration & SupportServe as a day-to-day resource for Trussi.ai users, troubleshooting common issues and escalating bugs through the appropriate channelsMaintain clean, accurate data within the CRM; identify and resolve duplicate records, missing fields, or configuration errorsSupport the documentation of platform processes, user guides, and onboarding SOPsAssist with testing and QA of new features and system updates prior to rolloutAdministrative & Operational SupportDraft, manage, and track internal and external communications related to onboarding milestones and platform updatesCoordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and task tracking for the onboarding pipelineMaintain organized digital records and file management related to client accounts and operational documentationSupport reporting and metrics tracking related to onboarding completion rates and CRM adoptionWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly or salary compensation commensurate with experienceOpportunity to work directly with Shamrock's operations leadership and the Trussi.ai development teamCollaborative, in-office environment at our Overland Park, KS headquartersCareer growth potential as the Trussi.ai platform continues to scaleRequirements:2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or client-facing coordination roleDemonstrated experience working within a CRM platform (e.g., AccuLynx, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-ready presenceHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding tasks simultaneouslyComfort navigating and learning new software platforms quicklyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google WorkspacePreferred QualificationsExperience in the roofing, construction, or home services industryFamiliarity with Trussi.ai or AccuLynx platformsBackground in customer success, implementation coordination, or SaaS onboardingExperience working with multi-location or franchise business operationsComfort working in a fast-paced, startup-adjacent technology environmentCore CompetenciesOrganizational ExcellenceProactively manages tasks, timelines, and details without being promptedTech AdaptabilityQuickly learns new platforms and helps others do the sameProblem SolvingIdentifies blockers early and drives toward resolutionClient-First MindsetTreats every onboarding interaction as a reflection of the Shamrock brandClear CommunicationTranslates complex processes into simple, actionable stepsTeam CollaborationWorks across departments and time zones to get things doneAdditional InformationShamrock Roofing & Construction provides equal employment opportunities to all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, or genetic information.
