Permanent Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician Opportunity in Pomona & Atlantic City, NJPosition Type: Full-Time Permanent Specialty: Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Location: Pomona & Atlantic City, NJ Job DescriptionOverall Responsibilities: Join a dynamic perinatal team of 3 Perinatologists and 2 Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) Work across outpatient and inpatient settings Rotate between Pomona and Atlantic City outpatient locations Participate in rotating consultative call schedule, including nights and weekends Utilize Cerner EMR and GE Viewpoint for ultrasound reporting Collaborate with Obstetrics Medicine Clinic for postpartum management Support remote patient monitoring for diabetic and hypotensive patients Provide consultative services to OB Generalists and Neonatologists Work within a Level III NICU (22 beds), 9 labor and delivery beds, and 25 private postpartum bedsOutpatient Practice: 2 practice locations (Pomona & Atlantic City) Providers rotate between locations Support staff: Practice manager, RN Clinical Manager, Registered Nurses, Perinatal Sonographers Inpatient Practice: Provide consultative services to OB Generalists and Neonatologists 22-bed Level III NICU 9 labor & delivery beds 25 private postpartum beds with showers Schedule5-day work week with office hours 9am - 5pm Rotating consultative call schedule including nights and weekends On-call: Rotating coverage; Saturday morning to Monday morning for weekend coverage Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive base salary: $650,000 annually Annual quality incentive bonus: up to $25,000 5 paid CME days/year $4,500 annually for CME, professional dues, and medical staff expenses Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000 Generous paid time off: 224 PTO hours + 40 NJ sick leave hours Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, life insurance Employer participates in Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) RequirementsBoard Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine - Required Active and unrestricted NJ medical license (or willing to obtain) - Required DEA and CSR/CDS certification - Required Malpractice history disclosure - Required Proof of COVID and flu vaccination compliance - Required Willingness to rotate between Pomona and Atlantic City locations - Required Additional DetailsOn-call/Weekend: Rotating consultative call schedule; nights and 24-hour weekend coverage Agency submissions only - direct applicants not eligible Not open to 1099 contract, locum, or locum-to-perm candidates Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules
