Program Director - Epic Implementation Planning

Role Overview Translate strategy into a fully defined implementation plan, cost model, and staffing model prior to Epic engagement. Lead Epic readiness and implementation planning across DMHAS and partner hospitals. What You Will Do Analyze Epic workbooks, build comprehensive cost model, develop staffing model, define implementation waves and sequencing, and align all inputs into a cohesive implementation roadmap and funding request. Why It Might Be a Fit Minimum 10–12 years healthcare IT experience, at least 5–8 years leading large-scale implementations or programs, and direct experience with Epic implementations.
