Job Title: Mobile Auto Detailing Technician (Full-Time, W2)Location: Daniel Island, SC (start from our vans on Daniel Island and service nearby areas, typically 15–20 minutes between jobs)About the RoleWe are a fully mobile auto detailing company specializing in high-quality interior and exterior details at the customer’s home or workplace. We’re looking for a reliable, money-motivated Mobile Detailing Technician to run a van solo, deliver awesome results, and represent the brand professionally.This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role for someone who wants to earn based on performance and take pride in their work.What You’ll DoDrive a company van to customer locations and arrive on time, in uniform, ready to workPerform full interior and exterior detailing on cars, including:Vacuuming, shampooing, stain removal, wipe-downs, windowsHand wash, wheels/tires, drying, basic decontamination, dressing, and finishingCommunicate with customers on-site:Greet them, confirm services, walk them through the vehicle at the endHandle basic questions and set clear expectationsUpsell appropriate add-ons when relevant (e.g. pet hair removal, odor treatments, extra dirty interiors, upgrades)Take clear before-and-after photos and upload them as instructedHandle basic admin:Use our app / system to check in and out of jobs, update notes, and text ETAs when neededCollect payments and/or signatures when requiredMaintain the van, tools, and chemicals:Restock towels and suppliesKeep the van clean, organized, and ready for the next dayWhat We OfferW2 employment with weekly payCommission-based compensation with realistic earning potential of $50,000–$80,000+ per year for strong performersAll equipment, chemicals, and company van providedPaid training on our processes and standardsGrowth opportunities as we add more vans and routesWhat We’re Looking ForMust-haves:Extremely reliable and on time, every dayComfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weatherMoney-motivated, wants to earn more by performing more and betterValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAble to pass a background check and drug testPhysically able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and be on your feet for full daysProfessional, respectful, and comfortable talking with customersHow to ApplySend a short message with:Your name and contact infoYour work history (doesn’t have to be detailing)Why you think you’re a good fit for a mobile, commission-based detailing role
