Fund Finance AVP

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain working relationships with external partners involved in investment operations, including service providers and distribution channels. Establish and refine internal workflows and procedures to support ongoing operational activities. Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance reporting capabilities across functions. Partner with cross-functional teams such as client services, product development, compliance, technology, and commercial teams to support day-to-day operations. Assist in the launch and integration of new investment structures and related onboarding processes. Oversee third-party providers to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables. Coordinate periodic reporting cycles and ensure accurate delivery of financial information while monitoring performance metrics. Track liquidity, manage cash movements, and perform reconciliations to ensure proper fund positioning. Support investment allocation decisions and review cost structures associated with investment vehicles. Manage payables and allocate expenses appropriately across relevant entities. Maintain and update internal documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures. Communicate with financial institutions and external counterparties as required.
