A company is looking for an Associate Project Coordinator to join their Managed Services team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day execution of Chemical Management projects and manage multiple service engagements Track project schedules, task progress, and maintain documentation across assigned accounts Serve as a point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment of services with client requirements Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in coordination, project support, or service delivery role Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools Experience working in a remote-friendly environment Strong organizational and time management skills
