Re-employability Coordinator

Job Description Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop partnerships with employers to help program participants find jobs in a variety of in-demand and growing industriesProvide career coaching/counseling, interview preparation, and resume reviews for job-ready participantsConduct training sessions for clients to build workplace skills, professional communication, and interview readinessFacilitate workshops and group sessions on resume writing, job search strategies, and career developmentMeet with participants and job seekers to match them with available job opportunitiesSchedule participants with employer partners for interviews and conduct ongoing follow-upGenerate sales leads and obtain referrals from current employer partnershipsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with employer partners, including conducting on-site visits to ensure quality of service and generate additional job ordersMeet weekly, quarterly, and annual job placement numbersEffectively manage a daily schedule of site visits, appointments, and overall territory managementModel professionalism and inclusiveness, cultivate a safe environment for career development, and motivate clients to find full-time employmentDesired Qualifications4-year degree preferredTwo years of experience with Business-to-Business SalesExcellent negotiating, customer service, and cold calling skillsStrong communication skills, professional demeanor, sound judgment, and strong organizational skillsUnderstanding of workforce development, employment services, and adult education a definite plusProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint preferred
