With over 2,000 professionals worldwide, we support more than 100 clients in transforming complex challenges into lasting competitive advantages.Job Description:What you’ll be doingWorking in a collaborative team environment (supporting other Engineers, Construction Management Group, Technicians, Vendors, General Contractors, etc.) to achieve project milestones.Performing machine trials and confirmation activities prior to daily line operations to verify equipment readiness and support a stable startupSupporting daily production to maintain operational availability, yield, and overall line performanceDocumenting major breakdowns, abnormal conditions, root causes, and implemented countermeasuresLeading and supporting structured problem-solving activities to eliminate recurring issues and improve process reliabilityPartnering with production, maintenance, and other support groups to strengthen performance and resolve technical issuesSupporting the development of other teams by providing technical guidance and hands-on problem-solving supportDriving activities aligned with project KPIs, production targets, and continuous improvement objectivesTroubleshooting, optimizing, and improving automated equipment to reduce downtime and enhance line efficiencySupporting equipment installation, modification, debugging, launch, and stabilization activitiesWhat you bringBachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or similar technical field or 5+ years equivalentA strong understanding of manufacturing systems, production equipment, and line operationsExperience troubleshooting equipment issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective countermeasuresThe ability to perform machine trials, confirm equipment readiness, and support stable line startupA disciplined approach to documenting breakdowns, abnormalities, and corrective actionsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on sustainable resultsThe ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, production teams, maintenance, and other support groupsA continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational availability, yield, and KPI achievementStrong communication and coordination skills to align cross-functional teams and drive actionThe initiative and ownership needed to support both daily operations and longer-term improvement activitiesThe flexibility to support multiple lines, projects, and technical priorities as needed Added BonusExperience in the launch of battery production lines.Experience in cleanliness protocols (clean room) necessary for assigned area of battery manufacturing.Supported battery manufacturing trials to confirm equipment safety, quality, operation availability, and overall efficiencyHands on technical capability in PLC programming, vision inspection systems (including X-ray), robotics, HMI, motion control, and other related automation technologies.
