Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearJob description:Job SummaryCyient is seeking a detail-oriented experinced Process Engineer to support turbine engine assembly operations. This role focuses on developing work instructions, ensuring build quality, and driving continuous process improvements across the shop floor.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain assembly, test, and shipping work instructions using SoluminaPerform build audits on turbine engine assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering and quality standardsCreate shop visit reports verifying that completed work aligns with Shop Maintenance Instructions (SMIs)Update work instructions on a quarterly basis to reflect engine manual revisions and process improvementsSupport the assembly floor by updating and maintaining routersCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve production issuesQualificationsExperience supporting manufacturing or assembly operations in aerospace or a related industryFamiliarity with Solumina or similar MES systems preferredWorking knowledge of SAP (P10 preferred)Strong attention to detail and documentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environmentWork Schedule & FlexibilityFlexibility to support 1st shift, 2nd shift, and occasional post-2nd shift coverageAvailability for weekends and holidays as neededOvertime may be required
