Foam Operator

Client: Fortune 500 Title: Foam Operator Locations: Charlotte, NC Duration: 06 Months (Extension Possible) Schedule: Mon – Thu; 04:00 PM – 02:00 AM EST Pay Rate: $22.50/hr on W2 Summary: We are seeking a mechanically inclined Foam Operator to support door manufacturing operations. This role involves operating automated foam equipment, monitoring production quality, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safety and efficiency on the production line. Responsibilities: · Operate automated foam system and support manufacturing processes. · Track daily production, scrap, and machine performance. · Perform chemical calibration, equipment checks, and routine maintenance. · Monitor foam specifications, temperature, and product quality standards. · Read blueprints and follow work instructions accurately. · Coordinate with team members and communicate production issues. · Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks). · Maintain safety standards, PPE compliance, and a clean work environment. Qualifications: · Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills. · Ability to read measurements, blueprints, and technical instructions. · Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. · Willingness to work overtime as needed.
