DescriptionJob Summary: A Claims Coordinator manages the insurance claims process from start to finish. They submit claims, track progress with adjusters, keep accurate records, and update clients. They act as the main contact between the client and the insurance carrier.Key ResponsibilitiesSubmit claims accurately and on timeMonitor and respond to claim-related emailsCollect information needed for claims and assist adjustersKeep clients informed with updates and next stepsAnswer claim questions promptlyMaintain detailed and accurate claim recordsEscalate complex or high-value claims to senior staffHelp track and maintain loss run reportsPosition RequirementsPosition Requirements1-3 years proven commercial insurance experience and/or commercial claim experience, either company or agency level2+ years proven customer service interaction and problem solvingP&C Insurance LicenseCommitment to Claim Designation preferredStrong independent judgment with excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail, documentation, and time management abilities to meet deadlines.Knowledgeable in commercial insurance policies and the full claims process.Able to analyze situations, prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and gather complete claim details.About the Organization Dimond Bros.
