Job DescriptionWhere you'll be working:Location(s): Central Phoenix, AZSetting: Primarily center-based w/ occasional in-home servicesPopulation Served: Infants through young adults, with most clients between ages 2–12What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):Provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services in a primarily center-based setting.Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and make data-driven adjustments based on client progress.Supervise, train, and support RBTs assigned to your caseload.Collaborate with caregivers, clinical leadership, and other members of the treatment team.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Provide in-home services when needed, depending on the location and client needs.Caseload & Support Transparency:Caseload size: Varies based on client needBillable hour expectations: 27.5 hours per weekSupport Structure:On-site Clinical DirectorRegional and organizational clinical leadershipSupport with clinical training and professional developmentOpportunities to advance into specialized Clinical Manager rolesCandidates without an active Arizona LBA may still be considered, although an active LBA is strongly preferredCompensation & Perks:Base salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, based on experienceBonus structure:Up to $30,000 in annual performance incentivesMonthly incentive eligibility begins when the 27.5-hour billable expectation is met or exceededSign-on and retention bonuses totaling up to $10,000Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000, based on relocation distance and individual circumstances401k: Company match of 25% on employee contributions up to 6% of salaryPTO: 3 weeksHealth benefits: Medical, dental, visionPaid Holidays: Eight paid holidays in addition to PTOCEU support: $1,000 annual CEU stipendSupervision/mentorship provided: Support from an on-site Clinical Director and broader clinical leadership teamSchedule flexibility / remote options:Monday–Friday within an approximate 9:00 AM–7:00 PM operating window.
