Job DescriptionWe're searching for an Analyst of Media Business Operations. The Analyst will play a central role in collaborating with Media, Accounts Payable, Vendors, and Media Finance teams on a daily basis. Areas of focus will include partnering with Media on monthly reconciliation efforts, tracking invoice reconciliation, reviewing financial data for irregularities and errors on a regular on-going basis, confirming proper storage of key financial documents, and providing regular feedback to on reconciliation progress. ResponsibilitiesMonthly media reconciliation support Manage invoice discrepancy resolution Perform regular campaign spot checks on financial documentation upkeep Attend organize bi-weekly meetings with team to discuss key campaign metrics Provide assistance on media billing questions Day to day contact with Media, Finance and Accounts Payable teams Partner with Media to reconcile monthly campaign delivery contact vendors, input data, track invoice payments, dispute invoice discrepancies, etc. Review campaign data on a weekly basis Confirm that financial contracts are being stored accurately and up to date Become familiar with planning tool and process, procurement system and billing process, and training documentation Assist teams with troubleshooting billing issues and errors QualificationsFour year degree 1-3 years' experience Creative agency experience desired Effective time management skills Proficiency in MS office suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) Comfortable with technology and computers Ability to multi-task Proficient in managing numbers Great teammate Strong leadership skills Detail oriented Highly organized Strong social skills Self-motivated Problem solver Fiscally responsible Someone with a media understanding is ideal and/or accounts payable. Compensation Range: $60,800 - $80,000 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
