Dive into a summer of fun and adventure - join our Camp family and have all the needed training provided by the YMCA! About the Role:Guide and inspire campers aged 4-15 through exciting and educational outdoor activities. Summer program runs from June 16th to August 22nd. Mandatory training days: Branch dependent. Work schedule: Monday-Friday (no weekends), with shifts from 8:45 to 4:15PM with the opportunity for extra hours. What's in it for You:Enjoy a free Y membership! Complete program specific and employee orientation training by required timeline Up-to-date physical and immunizations (Same as required for school) Strong communication skills: ability to read, write, talk, see, and hear Ability to lead age-appropriate games and activities.
