Acute Care ManagerBillings Clinic is seeking an Acute Care Manager to join our team in Roundup, MT. This position involves providing leadership and management to the assigned department, coordinating 24/7 operational and clinical activities, managing personnel, ensuring patient care delivery, and overseeing quality control and process improvement activities. The role also includes case management responsibilities such as managing patient referrals, ensuring comprehensive care, and maintaining individualized care plans.Essential functions include supporting the organization's mission and values, developing and maintaining departmental policies, supervising staff, participating in planning and budgeting, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Acute Care Manager will also be responsible for coordinating resources, developing case management policies, and participating in multidisciplinary rounds.Minimum qualifications include a graduate degree in nursing, a current Montana state license as a Registered Nurse, relevant clinical nursing experience, and certifications such as Healthcare Provider CPR, TNCC/ENPC, ACLS, and PALS.
