This position will interact directly with the Quality Program Manager and functionally report to the Air & Commercial Solutions (ACS) Quality Manager. This position requires the ability to work independently, experience in successfully communicating to senior leadership & a range of Quality Engineering skills (commensurate to a Level-3). This position will require occasional business travel (~10%).Responsibilities Include (but Not Limited To) Lead in the identification of root causes and associated corrective actions, evaluate process/product performance (via internal audit), lead continuous improvement efforts, and participate/interface with the engineering community and customer on program activities to assure processes and products are compliant to contractual requirements Provide QA support for program peer reviews (software & courseware), regression testing, integration & test, and functional sell-off Assist Quality Program Manager with monthly inputs/metrics on the quality health of the program Lead in quality efforts as an engaged member of the program’s change control process boards (ERC/CRB/CCB) Support security/information assurance activities Support/coordinate installation of supplier-provided training devices at domestic/international customer sites.Who You AreYou thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary engineering environment and are committed to delivering best-in-class products and solutions.WHY JOIN USOur culture and values are grounded in a shared sense of purpose: ensuring those who serve always stay ahead of ready.
