We help businesses maximize equipment performance, reduce downtime, and improve operational efficiency through parts, service, and comprehensive preventative maintenance programs.Our commitment to long-term customer relationships and proactive service solutions sets us apart in the industry.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to promote preventative maintenance programs, service packages, bale wire supply programs, and equipment support solutions.This role centers on outbound outreach to existing and past customers, identifying service needs, and driving recurring revenue opportunities. The Inside Sales Representative will also assist in answering inbound calls, supporting service, parts, and sales inquiries.This position offers an opportunity towards Outside Sales for high-performing individuals, if so desired.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customersPromote preventative maintenance inspections and service packagesIdentify recurring revenue opportunities, including bale wire shipment programsGenerate and follow up on quotes for parts, service, and maintenance programsBuild strong customer relationships through consistent follow-upAssist with inbound service, parts, and sales callsCollaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure excellent customer experienceUtilize Pipedrive CRM to manage pipeline and track activityMeet or exceed monthly activity and revenue goalsQualifications1–3 years of inside sales, B2B sales, or account management experience preferredProven ability to meet sales targetsStrong communication skills and confident phone presenceSelf-motivated, organized, and results-orientedExperience using CRM software (Pipedrive a plus)Mechanical aptitude or comfort discussing industrial equipment preferredIndustry experience in manufacturing, recycling, waste management, or industrial equipment is a plusBachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary plus bonus opportunities.Comprehensive benefits package (health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off)Ongoing training in equipment, preventative maintenance programs, and sales developmentStable, essential industry with long-term growth potentialSupportive, team-oriented work environmentCareer Path OpportunityThis Inside Sales role is designed as a foundation for advancement into Outside Sales.
