**JOB PURPOSE:**Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Strategic Accounts, the **Membership Development Director** is responsible for prospecting, cultivating, and establishing relationships with new potential GPO member clients, resulting in Sevāredent expansion to drive company profitability growth.This position will be expected to set goals and develop plans for GPO growth by researching, planning, and creating lead-generating targeted messaging to prospective GPO members. The candidate is expected to have high-level, clear, and consistent conversations with DSO/DPO executive leadership decision-makers to build trust and present the value of joining Sevāredent Sourcing Solutions. The ideal candidate understands the DSO landscape, can navigate complex decision-making environments, and confidently engages C-suite and senior leadership on cost savings, standardization, compliance, and operational efficiency.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**+ Lead all sales efforts targeting DSOs and multi-location dental groups to join the GPO.+ Develop and execute strategic sales plans for high-value prospects. Conduct meetings virtually and/or in person to present the value proposition of Sevāredent Sourcing Solutions.+ Develop a deep understanding of the potential GPO member's organization for the benefit of a mutually valued partnership+ Align with the Sevāredent Member Qualification tool to pursue prospect targets+ Meet or exceed assigned sales goals+ Daily use of Salesforce (CRM) application to capture correspondence activities, member profiling, revenue opportunity tracking and reporting, and day- to- day customer service correspondence.+ Maintain and report on a bi-weekly basis, measurable performance metrics, activities, and goals.+ Understanding potential members' requirements, goals, and timelines in order to provide solutions in a consultative way. Gathering supply chain information during the discovery process.+ Stay informed of the Sevāredent vendor portfolio offering to pull through opportunities during the selling process.+ Own the full sales cycle from executive discovery through contract execution.+ Effectively manage all business travel and meeting expenses+ Assist in new member onboarding to ensure an easy transition to the Strategic Account team+ Stay current on DSO industry trends, M&A activity, and attend assigned industry meetings/ conventions**Educational & EXPERIENCE Requirements**+ Bachelor's Degree+ Over 10 years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or partnerships; Dental, DSO, and GPO experience a plus.+ Proven success of strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders+ Preferred experience working with DSOs Senior Leadership+ Proven success in lead generation and building relationships with C-Level and Senior Leadership for the growth of the company**Skills & Abilities**+ Experience working in a fast-growth company, particularly one where new tools and processes must be developed to support the growth and ever-changing customer expectations.+ Demonstrated leadership capabilities in developing and executing prospecting plans, building relationships, and influencing across a wide network of stakeholders.+ Strong computer skills, experience using Windows-based PC programs, including Salesforce and Microsoft Teams for Video Conferencing and Presentations+ Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.**Competencies**+ Analytical Thinking: Uses information from qualitative and quantitative analyses to solve problems and make decisions. Able to communicate clearly and comfortably at the C-suite level and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external parties as a representative of Sevaredent Sourcing Solutions.+ Integrity: Works with trustworthiness and integrity and has a clear commitment to Sevaredent' s core values and principles. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.+ Resilience/adaptability and flexibility: Ability to operate effectively under stressful circumstances.
