Managing a significant case load from inception through resolution, ensuring that all cases move smoothly through the litigation process.2. Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.3. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in civil litigation.4. Conducting depositions of parties and witnesses, preparing discovery requests and responses, and developing case strategies based on the information gathered.5. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients, striving to achieve the best possible outcome in each case.6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and regular case updates.7. Staying abreast of current trends and developments in personal injury law, participating in ongoing professional development activities.Qualifications:1. J.D. degree from an accredited law school.2. Active license to practice law in the state of South Carolina.3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal injury attorney.4. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.5. Proven experience in managing a heavy case load, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court.6. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements.7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of initiative and dedication.9. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.10.
