Senior Product Marketing Manager

Shaw Search Partners is proud to be leading the search for a Senior Product Marketing Manager at a high-visibility, category-leading consumer platform.This is a newly created role with real ownership across the consumer experience—from how customers discover the product to how they engage and return over time.You’ll sit at the intersection of product, growth, and marketing, working closely with cross-functional teams to shape the experience, influence what gets built, and ensure it resonates with customers.ResponsibilitiesOwn how the consumer experience evolves across the full journey, from first touch through ongoing engagementPartner closely with Product to help shape roadmap decisions based on customer behavior, insights, and performance dataLead how new features and experiences come to life for customers, from early thinking through launch and iterationUse data, experimentation, and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and retentionBring a strong point of view on what matters to customers and how the product should show up in the marketWork across product, growth, and marketing teams to deliver a cohesive, high-quality experienceLead and support a team of Product Marketing Managers, helping them prioritize, execute, and growTranslate complex data and insights into clear direction that drives alignment and actionQualifications8+ years of experience across product marketing, growth, or consumer-focused rolesExperience working on consumer products, marketplaces, or high-scale digital platformsTrack record of influencing product direction using customer insights and dataExperience leading launches, experiments, or new product experiences end-to-endStrong collaborator, comfortable working across product, engineering, marketing, and analyticsExperience managing or mentoring othersStrong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideasComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment*This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days onsite in Boston, MA office.*Relocation support is available.
