Tenant Services AdministratorWe’re looking for an Onsite - Tenant Services Administrator for our client. If you have 1 -5 years of experience having Answer Tenant Call, Uploading Tenant and Vendors Certification of Insurance - Following up on Work Orders, then this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company known for excellence.What You'll DoServe as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requestsCoordinate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and regular property inspectionsAssist with lease management duties, including lease administration, renewals, and terminationsEnsure all interactions with tenants comply with legal and company guidelinesResolve tenant complaints and address service issues promptlyAssist in the move-in and move-out process, including property inspections and security deposit assessmentsMaintain accurate records of all tenant interactions, repairs, and maintenanceContribute to the preparation of monthly reports on tenant service activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, such as accounting and legal, to provide cohesive tenant servicesSupport the property management team in enhancing tenant satisfaction and retentionWhat You BringExperience: 0-2 years of experience in customer service, tenant relations, or a property management roleProficiency in property management software (eg, Yardi, AppFolio)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsProblem-solving abilities and a proactive approachCustomer Service OrientationAbility to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environmentWorking knowledge of lease agreements and rental law Basic understanding of building maintenanceTop performers are fast learners, strong team players, and committed to accuracy and inclusiveness.📍 Location: Miami Florida 33126 - Onsite💵 Pay: $21 - $22/hr📩 Apply now to take the next step in your Customer support career!Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
