🔧 Maintenance Supervisor📍 Jonesville, SCA high-volume distribution center is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, drive equipment reliability, and support a safe, efficient facility environment.What You’ll Do• Lead daily maintenance activities and preventative maintenance schedules • Support conveyor/sortation systems and facility equipment uptime • Manage staffing, training, and departmental performance • Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives • Partner with leadership on OSHA compliance and operational planningWhat You Bring✔️ Maintenance leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment ✔️ Knowledge of conveyors, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems ✔️ Strong troubleshooting and team leadership skills ✔️ Experience in automated distribution centers preferredThis is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives in fast-paced operations and enjoys leading teams that keep facilities running at peak performance.
