Trucking Spotter CDL Required - 4 Day Work Week

Job DescriptionAs a Spotter at Dutch Farms, you will be in communication with our dock and clerks to coordinate the backing in and pulling out of both tractor trailers and box trucks. You will help to keep our yard organized, and our equipment fueled on site. Required to chock tires and move loading ramps in place as needed.Scheduled off every Saturday, Tuesday & WednesdayThurs. & Fri. 5pm to 3:30amSun. & Mon. 2pm to 12:30amPay & BenefitsPaid WEEKLY!Weekly Gross Pay: $1,020Annual Gross Income: $53,040Starting wage of $25 per hourPotential .50 increase after 90-day probationary periodIn addition, Dutch Farms offers an annual $1,000 Attendance Bonus Potential!Medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and paid holidaysJob Qualifications / RequirementsMust have valid class A Commercial Driver's LicenseAble to safely and efficiently back in trailers and trucksMust be able to effectively communicate with dock and office staff with a radioAble to maintain good professional communication in a diverse team environment.Prepared and able to work in all outside conditionsInspect and complete thorough pre and post trips on all equipment.Maintain all necessary and accurate load paperworkEnglish Language Proficiency (ELP) required in compliance with DOT regulations.Works with a minimal amount of supervision and is a productive member of the team by adhering to all Dutch Farms policies.Excellent attention to detail and common sense in daily activities.Must be able to push, pull, lift, and rotate.PDL (Physical Demand Limit) generally is at 60-70 lbs. with occasional PDL at 150 lbs.Dutch Farms is an equal opportunity employer committed to workforce diversity.
