Candidates must have a clean work history in general surgery over the past 3 years, free from any red or yellow flags. We require long-term, ongoing locum coverage. The role involves in-house call with physicians expected to be on-site during their 12-hour shifts. Shifts are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a schedule of 7 shifts on followed by 7 shifts off. We are open to two physicians alternating two-week shifts each month. We prioritize reliability and availability for long-term coverage while permanent staff recruitment is underway.
