Remote Occupational Therapist for Indiana Schools - WFH

Job OverviewWe are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Remote Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Indiana. This full-time position is available immediately and will continue until the end of May. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering virtual therapy services to students across five schools, while collaborating with an on-site Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide virtual therapy services for a caseload of 40-50 students.Collaborate with the on-site COTA to ensure effective therapy delivery.Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs.Monitor and assess student progress toward their therapeutic goals.Communicate regularly with students, parents, and school staff regarding therapy plans and progress.Required SkillsComprehensive understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently while effectively managing a caseload.Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms is advantageous.QualificationsValid Occupational Therapy license.Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist is preferred.A Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field is required.Career Growth OpportunitiesThis role presents an exceptional opportunity for professional development in virtual therapy.
