Our company is currently seeking a Concrete Foreman who Supervises and coordinates concrete crews on construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, planning daily tasks, overseeing formwork and finishing, managing materials and equipment, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining quality control. Requires strong leadership, communication skills, and prior experience in concrete construction. Direct concrete laborers in preparing, placing, finishing, and curing concrete. Create daily/weekly schedules, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met. Read and interpret blueprints to guarantee accuracy in dimensions and placement. Estimate and order concrete, tools, and equipment, coordinate deliveries. Oversee excavation, formwork, reinforcement placement, and ensure proper site readiness. Inspect pours and finishes, monitor curing, and ensure compliance with standards. Follow OSHA and company safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce PPE use. Address on-site issues such as weather delays, equipment breakdowns, or mix inconsistencies. Document progress, labor hours, and material usage for project
