Shipping and Receiving Specialist

As a Shipping Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating the shipping and logistics of our products to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our commitment to exceptional customer service.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process shipping labels, documents, and invoicesCoordinate and schedule shipments with carriers and freight forwardersTrack and monitor shipment status to ensure on-time deliveryAccurately maintain shipping records and documentationCollaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate order fulfillmentAddress and resolve any shipping issues or discrepancies that may ariseEnsure compliance with shipping regulations and requirementsOptimize shipping processes to improve efficiency and reduce costsInvestigate and resolve any customer shipping inquiries or complaintsManage lost or damaged shipment claimsWork with the accounting team to ensure accurate inventoryMaintain strict quality control standards for warehoused inventoryRequirementsMinimum of 4 years of experience in shipping or logisticsStrong knowledge of shipping procedures, regulations, and documentationProficiency in using shipping software and systems and AI, LM TechnologyExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience working with carriers and freight forwardersHigh school diploma or equivalent qualificationOSHA experience is desirableBenefitsCompetitive Salary DOEPerformance based bonus.Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance.Monthly product subscription and family purchase discounts.A company-provided computer.Health and Wellness stipend.World-class employee recognition program.
