The organization prides itself on fostering hope and transformation for individuals overcoming addiction.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Outreach Specialist located in the area of Fort Myers, Florida, United States. The Outreach Specialist will be responsible for building relationships with community organizations and healthcare providers, conducting community outreach initiatives, and identifying potential opportunities for collaboration. Additional responsibilities include engaging with clients and stakeholders to provide information about the center's services, conducting relevant research to guide outreach efforts, and maintaining clear, effective communication with the team and external partners.QualificationsStrong Communication and Writing skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and effectivelyDocumentation of regular daily activity in our CRM SystemExcellent Customer Service skills to provide support and build relationships with clients and partnersProficiency in Community Outreach to establish connections and foster partnerships with organizations and stakeholdersStrong Research skills to identify potential outreach opportunities and gather relevant informationA passion for supporting individuals in recovery and a sensitivity to their needsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentExperience in the addiction recovery or healthcare field is a plusBachelor's degree in Social Work, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred
