Rough / Finish Carpenter – Residential New Construction We are hiring a full-time carpenter for new residential construction projects. Work includes both framing and finish carpentry such as trim, doors, cabinetry install, and general punch work. You’ll be part of a growing team building high-quality homes with consistent workflow and long-term opportunity. Responsibilities: Perform framing and structural carpentry Install windows, doors, trim, baseboards, and cabinetry Experience with other trades such as tiles, bathrooms etc a plus Read plans and execute details accurately Maintain clean and organized job sites Coordinate with other trades to keep projects moving Requirements: Valid driver’s license Carpentry experience preferred (rough or finish) Willingness to learn and develop new skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work full-time on-site What We Offer: Full-time, steady work Spec home builder, no customer work Opportunity to grow across multiple trades Hands-on experience on high-quality new construction homes Pay: $24.94 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
