In this vital role, you will be at the forefront of patient care, utilizing your advanced clinical assessment skills and deep understanding of pain science to provide comprehensive and individualized pain management strategies. You will work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and an interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate effective treatment plans for patients experiencing acute, chronic, and complex pain conditions.

Assumes responsibility for acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for patient care in the identified practice setting.
Organizes and prioritizes patient care duties as assigned, demonstrating independent functions and self- direction.
Performs assessment and analyzes patient problems and conditions using critical decision making to determine need for standard, urgent or emergent interventions.
Administers medications according to organizational policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and acceptable standards of practice.
Documents assessments and interventions in accordance with hospital policy and standards of care.
Addresses patient phone calls by the end of the day with physician direction.

Diploma Of Nursing Graduate of an accredited school of nursing , upon hire and
Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire and
Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days
Preferred
1-3 years Pain Management experience of one to two years, upon hire
