PM Dock Supervisor

Dock Supervisor Lightning Logistics LLC is a fast-paced transportation and logistics company focused on safety, accountability, and operational excellence. We are looking for a motivated Dock Supervisor to lead daily dock operations and help maintain efficient freight movement while supporting our drivers and warehouse teams.Responsibilities: Supervise daily dock operations and dock personnel.Ensure freight is loaded/unloaded safely and accurately.Monitor route completion and freight staging.Verify damaged freight is properly documented and scanned.Enforce dock safety procedures and company SOPs.Coach and develop dock employees on productivity and safety expectations.Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and management to ensure on-time operations.Maintain organization of freight lanes and dock areas.Conduct dock walks and verify equipment safety compliance.Assist with staffing coverage and workflow management.Monitor attendance, performance, and policy compliance.Ensure proper use of pallet jacks, forklifts, cones, chocks, and glad hand locks.Qualifications: Previous warehouse, dock, or logistics leadership experience preferred.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Experience with freight handling and load planning preferred.Must have verifiable forklift experience.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.Must be dependable and safety-focused.Benefits: Weekly Pay.Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.Paid Time Off.Advancement Opportunities.Supportive Team Environment.
