You will be supported by a strong collaborative team, an expanding surgical volume, and the full resources of a robust national health system network. Join an established team of 10 physicians and 17 CRNAs Practice setting: Inpatient Enjoy a high level of clinical autonomy practicing across a full perioperative mix—including OB/Gyn, Bariatrics, Orthopedics, Plastics, Vascular, and General Surgery—with no open-heart cases, no complex pediatrics, and very limited trauma exposure as a Level III facility. Flexible staffing system offers a variety of shifts tailored to support a positive work-life balance, alongside rewarding opportunities to preceptor SRNAs from three premier local training programs. CRNAs are expected to perform advanced procedures (CVCs, arterial lines, US-guided peripheral nerve blocks, and epidurals/spinals), and the department provides dedicated, supportive training and mentorship for any procedures where you want to build confidence. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Nurse Anesthetist credentialed from the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred.
