Project Architect / Project Manager
Must live locally. Not hiring for remote work at this time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and supervises all phases of project from Schematic through Construction Documents and Construction Administration. May or may not be involved in Conceptual Phase.
Establish and monitor Project Specifications
Coordinate on-site construction administration and client contact with project information management software
Manage a support team of Designers, Modelers, and Project Captains to ensure quality of drawings and adherence to deadlines
Submit drawings for building permits
Manage and coordinate all out-of-office consultants, including consultants hired directly by Owner
Respond to RFIs
Review submittals
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Architecture registration in at least one jurisdiction preferred
5 years of architectural experience in Commercial, Hospitality, Restaurant and/or Entertainment spaces
Experience taking a project through all phases, from schematic design through construction administration
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, Revit
Ability to assume leadership responsibilities and direct teams
Ability to work effectively on multiple projects, to set priorities, and maintain schedules
Design development experience planning, coordinating, and overseeing production of construction documents
Ability to coordinate projects with Consultants, Owners, and Contractors
B.S. Degree in Architecture preferred, but not required

Pay: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
