Testing Technician

OverviewDo you have an interest in the exercise science/kinesiology world, an outgoing personality, and love to interact with people?Fit For Work is hiring a Healthcare Technician to work with our post-offer employment testing team onsite at our client in Renton, WA. You will be working alongside Physical and Occupational Therapists performing hands-on health screenings such as blood pressure, heart rate, cardiovascular step test, and physical agility assessments. Heavy lifting is involved, as this position has multiple physical demands. This is a fast paced, hands on role. This might be an ideal position for a college student who might be seeking to apply to PT/OT school, or in a Kinesiology/Ex Science program.Schedule: Part Time at 20 hours per week, M-F shiftsQualificationsIdeal Candidates will possess:Strong interest and/or experience in a health-related field (exercise science/kinesiology/fitness)Outstanding communication and customer service skillsHigh level of professionalism and dependabilityAbility to provide careful documentation Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)This position does not require a college degree.
