Job Full DescriptionPerform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacementsInspect and top off vehicle fluid levels as neededCheck and adjust tire pressuresCommunicate with the parts department to obtain needed partsKeep the shop area clean, organized, and safeMaintain accountability for dealership-owned tools and manualsOperate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient mannerTest-drive vehicles and operate diagnostic equipment as neededAssist with diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing automotive systems (engine, transmission, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical, A/C, etc.)Document and complete work as outlined on repair orders, following all dealership and factory standardsCommunicate directly with Service Advisors regarding additional services neededProvide accurate time estimates for additional repairsPerform warranty work to manufacturer specificationsQualificationsEntry-level experience preferred; eagerness to learn and grow requiredBasic knowledge of automotive diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair is preferredStrong physical dexterity and the ability to work with toolsPositive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skillsPunctual, reliable, and able to collaborate in a team environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with a clean driving recordBasic computer skillsWillingness to learn new technology and proceduresExcellent customer service skills and a desire to grow in the automotive fieldLexington, KY 3212 154 Patchen Drive Suite 89 Lexington, KY 40517
