Our in-house team handles the transaction coordination so you can focus entirely on selling.Master Lead Conversion: Whether you are new or experienced, our proven training program will help you maximize your conversion rates and increase your income.Responsibilities:Aggressive Lead Follow-Up: Respond to inbound leads immediately and manage a sales pipeline in our CRM.Client Consultation: Conduct buyer and seller consultations to identify needs and match clients with the right properties.Showings Open Houses: Host open houses and schedule property viewings for prospective buyers.Negotiation: Draft and negotiate purchase agreements to get the best deal for your clients.Market Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and inventory.Qualifications:Active Utah Real Estate License (Required).Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn and utilize CRM platforms and digital tools quickly.Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and networking abilities.Driven Self-Motivated: A willingness to work hard and overcome challenges.Time Management: Highly organized and able to manage a busy schedule.Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right licensed individual.Why Join Us?
