Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, located in Ankara, Türkiye, for a Sales Assistant. The Sales Assistant will support sales activities, communicate with clients, manage customer relationships, assist in sales data tracking, and provide exceptional customer service. The role will also include collaborating with the sales team to implement strategies, organizing sales records, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective client relationshipsProven customer service experience and a focus on delivering high-quality client interactionsSales expertise with the ability to identify opportunities and support sales strategy executionExcellent organizational skills to manage sales data, documents, and processes efficientlyProficiency in Turkish and English; additional languages are a plusProficient in using basic office and sales software toolsAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site team environmentPrevious experience in export, trade, or international business is a significant advantage
