Pay ranges from $84k-100k plus benefits for full-time work.The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients to promote recovery, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities include working closely with patients to assess their needs, providing hands-on therapy, educating patients and their families about treatment plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. Collaboration with the team to ensure the highest level of patient care will also be a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Physical Therapy techniques and practicesExperience in orthopedic PT.Strong understanding of medical principles relevant to physical therapyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree, and a valid state licensure to practice as a Physical TherapistPassion for patient-centered care and a commitment to achieving optimal outcomesPrior experience in an outpatient or clinical setting is a plusNew grads can apply if willing to undergo an orthopedic residency under mentor Seth Peterson, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, FAAOMPT.
