Senior Analyst Workforce Analytics
We are seeking a Senior Analyst Workforce Analytics to partner closely with HR and business leaders to transform workforce data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role will lead advanced analytics initiatives, uncover trends across large datasets, and deliver compelling, data-driven narratives that influence talent strategy and business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with HR and business stakeholders to identify talent priorities, frame hypotheses, and deliver data-driven insightsPerform descriptive, statistical, and predictive analysis to support workforce planning and talent decisionsLead large-scale analytics initiatives across the full talent lifecycle, identifying root causes and key drivers of trendsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and other visualization toolsTranslate complex data into clear, compelling stories for senior leadership and stakeholdersCombine quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce actionable recommendationsEstablish and promote data governance, quality standards, and best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including data science and data engineering to define analytics roadmapsIdentify new data opportunities and support integration efforts across systemsPresent insights and recommendations to executive audiences in a clear, actionable mannerRequired QualificationsAdvanced experience with Power BI and AlteryxStrong proficiency in SQL (basic to intermediate level)Experience with R, Python, or other statistical toolsBachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or related fieldProven experience leading talent analytics efforts within a large enterprise environment (working with large datasets beyond Excel)Demonstrated ability to consult with stakeholders and “tell the story” using dataStrong analytical skills combined with strategic thinking and planning capabilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience in HR, Workforce, or Talent AnalyticsExperience with additional data visualization tools such as TableauBackground working with both quantitative and qualitative datasetsExperience developing HR metrics and self-service dashboardsStrong understanding of statistical techniques and research methodologiesExperience ensuring data quality, validation, and governanceWhat Success Looks LikeDelivering insightful, data-backed recommendations that influence workforce strategyBuilding scalable dashboards and analytics solutions used by leadershipActing as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholdersElevating analytics maturity toward predictive and prescriptive capabilities
