You would be working two(2) to four(4) days per week (Monday-Thursday) depending on your schedule.Part-Time comes with:401(k) and matchingCE reimbursementLicense renewal coveredUniforms coveredIn addition, Full-Time comes with:15 days of PTO (120 hours)6 Paid HolidaysOption for Health InsurancePay: $40 - $45 an hourWe are looking for an individual who cares about their patients and wants to help them improve/maintain their oral health. You would be seeing patients on an hourly basis with some exceptions. You would be providing regular cleanings as well as some SRP. We have multiple assistants so sterilization is not mandatory and you will always have someone to help with charting, radiographs, setting up and breaking down your room. We recently renovated our office and each room has new chairs, cabinetry, and x-ray units. We are totally digital and use XL Dent practice management software along with Dexis for radiographs. You will have your own instruments and ultrasonic tips. We are a smaller office (4 rooms) and we plan on staying that way. We like giving patients more individual attention and they love it too. We usually have 2 rooms for hygiene and 2 rooms for procedures but there are some days when 3 rooms are used for hygiene. We are small but we are a busy office with a lot of demand.QualificationsProficiency in Dentistry, Dental Care, and HygieneExperience in performing Dental Prophylaxis, including cleanings and preventive treatmentsKnowledge of diagnosing and treating Periodontal DiseaseStrong communication skills with the ability to educate patients on oral health practicesValid state licensure and certification as a Registered Dental HygienistAttention to detail and commitment to patient careAbility to work effectively as part of a collaborative dental teamCPR certification is a plus
