Job DescriptionBoard Certified/Board Eligible - REQUIRED• State License: Highly preferred, open to IMLC w/ LOQ in hand• CV surgery Fellowship - REQUIRED• Both BLS & ACLS should be in place, but the training can be done on-site if necessaryClean Malpractice status: REQUIREDShift Type: 24HourWeekend Requirements: YesOn Call Requirements: Yesis looking for locum CV Surgery coverage for dates below to provide 24-hour call coverage across three different facilities full time for 4-6 months. The site is willing to bring on multiple surgeons to fill their schedule.This is an urgent need, provider MUST have a clean MP history. Provider must be able to cover all dates below.Average Callback Hours: Weekday 6.67 hours, Weekend 3.5 hoursSchedule/Availability Requirements:OPEN DATES:• July 25(5p)-July 26(7a)• July 26(7a)-8/1(7a)Duration: For exact dates.
