Job Description
This is an internal HR Payroll Coordinator role. We are seeking a employee to work part time anywhere from 12-16 hours a week depending on the deadlines. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing HR activities for our organization.Responsibilities:Assist in implementing company culture, values and policiesAssist in administering and maintaining policies and procedures and incorporating HR regulations and policiesAssist in maintaining confidential employee records and reportsPotential to assist in developing and coordinating recruitment efforts for all position levelsAssist with and attend performance reviews, promotions and employment related meetingsOnboard new hires and handle all aspects of benefit enrollment including communicating benefit information to employeesData entry and maintenance of employee records as requiredOversee the Earned Time Off request processAccurately process the bi-monthly payroll using IsolvedWork with Isolved to resolve any tax issues, such as tax refunds and setting up new state payroll tax accountsAssist employees in solving any issues related to benefits, payroll, enrollments, terminations and all required noticesQualifications:Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fieldsWilling to do A to Z and assist the owners directlyStrong writing skillsExperience in conflict resolutionFundamental knowledge of labor and employment lawsAbility to build rapport with all employeesStrong leadership qualitiesCollege degree is required, focus in HR is preferred. Commensurate experience will be considered. 5+ years experience preferred. Limited benefits available.
