Cabinet Maker - Key MillworkWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our production cabinet shop. This role focuses on efficient fabrication, assembly, and finishing of cabinetry and millwork according to shop drawings and production schedules. The ideal candidate has strong woodworking skills, can work accurately in a fast-paced production environment, and takes pride in craftsmanship and consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesFabricate, assemble, and install cabinet components according to shop drawings and specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, cut lists, and production documentsAssemble cabinet boxes, doors, drawers, and hardware accurately and efficientlyEnsure all work meets quality standards and tolerancesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow shop safety procedures and equipment guidelinesCommunicate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlinesAssist with material handling, inventory, and general shop duties as neededQualifications & SkillsExperience in cabinet making or woodworking (production or custom shop preferred), including cabinet construction methods and materialsAbility to read and interpret shop drawings, perform accurate measurements, and apply basic math skillsExperience operating production woodworking equipment (CNC, edge banding, dowel boring is a plus)Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSelf-starter with good time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as requiredWork EnvironmentProduction cabinet shop environmentExposure to wood dust, noise, and machineryUse of required personal protective equipment (PPE)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage based on experienceOvertime opportunities (if applicable)Benefits package including [health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, etc.]
