As a diversified, national organization, you’ll have access to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility.Position Purpose Support and assist the Credentialing function.Monitor the queue, triage, and track incoming requests from various providersGenerate letters to providers following departmental guidelinesProvide customer service and assist in responding to internal and external customer inquiries regarding credentialing statusProvide various administrative support to the Credentialing functionRun reports for Credentialing Committee meetings. Scrub credentialing data into electronic databaseResponsible for recredentialing correspondence. Research and review Council for Affordable Healthcare Quality document the status of practitioners due for recredentialing, and relay information to the recredentialing teamCreate and maintain provider rostersResponsible for CRM submissions to the health plansEducation/Experience High School diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of data entry experience.Pay Range $15.29 - $26.20 per hourCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
