Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commissions Responsibilities: Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments Follow the team plan Be a team player Ask questions Set listing appointments Lead follow up Lead generation Close Sales Qualifications: Has a real estate license Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly A real estate license is required Commission opportunity Sales experience About Company Core Values: Cannonball Kids - We don’t tiptoe around the pool; we dive in and take action.
