As Executive Assistant to our Managing Partner, you’ll have a front-row seat to a founder-led law firm operating at the intersection of business, law, and innovation. You’ll be a trusted part of his day-to-day, helping him stay focused, connected, and ahead of what’s coming next.This role reports directly to the Chief of Staff, who will serve as your manager, thought partner, and primary point of escalation. You’ll work closely together to manage the MP’s priorities, coordinate across the firm, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a collaborative dynamic - you won’t be navigating alone.No two days will look exactly alike here, and that’s part of what makes it such a great opportunity. You’ll build skills across calendar strategy, professional communications, research, and cross-functional coordination — in an environment that genuinely invests in its people.We’re open to candidates who bring the right instincts and work ethic - not just years of EA experience - you need to be someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and cares deeply about doing things right.Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Schedule ManagementTake full ownership of the MP’s business and personal calendars, proactively managing conflicts, protecting his time, and adjusting as priorities evolve.Develop a strong sense of his rhythms and priorities so you can anticipate scheduling needs, protect space for focused work, and ensure his calendar reflects what actually matters.Act as a thoughtful gatekeeper — fielding meeting requests, assessing urgency, and helping inform decisions about what deserves his time.Plan and manage complex travel itineraries for business development trips, including logistics, accommodations, and pre-trip briefings.Professional Correspondence & CommunicationsDraft, edit, and manage professional correspondence on behalf of the MP - client communications, internal memos, follow-up emails — in a way that reflects his voice and upholds a high standard of clarity and professionalism.Keep a thoughtful eye on incoming communications, surfacing what needs his attention and preparing response drafts where it’s helpful.Become a trusted extension of the Managing Partner in written communication, handling sensitive correspondence with care and discretion.Research, Briefings & Strategic SupportPrepare well-organized briefing notes and background research ahead of meetings, calls, and client interactions so the MP always walks in prepared.Proactively surface relevant information, context, or recommendations that help the MP make faster, better decisions.Support client intake processes specific to the MP, including document review and coordination with relevant firm departments.Internal Operations & Cross-Departmental CoordinationHelp build and maintain clear, consistent workflows between the Managing Partner’s office and the rest of the firm so that handoffs are smooth and nothing slips through the cracks.Coordinate internal and external meetings end-to-end: scheduling, agenda preparation, reminders, and post-meeting follow-through.Play a supporting role in firm events and business development activities, including client dinners, conferences, and sponsorship efforts.Provide personal support and run errands for the Managing Partner as needed, and assist with transportation to meetings and events.What We’re Looking ForProactive by nature - you anticipate what’s needed and act before you’re asked. We welcome recent graduates with strong instincts and work ethic.
