Company Description Experienced Concrete Estimator / Project Manager NeededWe are a fast-paced, growing concrete company looking for an experienced Concrete Estimator / Project Manager to join our team.This is a great opportunity for someone who understands concrete construction, can accurately estimate jobs, manage projects from start to finish, communicate well with customers and crews, and help drive profitable growth.Responsibilities include:• Estimating residential and commercial concrete projects• Reading plans, takeoffs, and preparing job proposals• Managing project schedules, materials, crews, and customer communication• Tracking job progress, costs, change orders, and profitability• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget• Supporting sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships• Coordinating with field teams to ensure quality and efficiencyCompensation:Pay is based on experience and includes a competitive salary plus 3%–5% commissionWe are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.To apply:Please send your resume and a brief summary of your concrete estimating and project management experience.
