Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy services to individuals. The therapist will also be responsible for treatment planning, case management, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. Qualifications Mental Health skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders Social Work skills, including knowledge of social services and community resources Case Management skills, including managing caseloads, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Maryland Experience with diverse populations and trauma-informed care is a plus Required education: Licensed in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling Required experience: At least two years of counseling experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Medical Specialty: Psychiatry Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Education: Master's (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Baltimore, MD 21201
