Danfoss is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication, accurate order management, and proactive support.In this role, you will work closely with Sales Account Managers, plant personnel, and internal teams to deliver outstanding service and drive continuous improvement. Success will be measured by your ability to build strong customer relationships and efficiently manage multiple processes while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.What You’ll Be DoingResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Serve as the primary customer contact, providing timely updates and resolving inquiries via email, phone, and customer portalsManage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time processingCollaborate with Sales, Manufacturing/Plant teams, and Customer Service colleagues to meet customer expectationsUtilize ERP, CRM, pricing systems, and EDI reporting tools to support customer needs and provide informed recommendationsProactively address customer concerns and escalations, partnering with leadership to promote quality and continuous improvementHandle multiple customer requests and processes simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizationRequired QualificationsWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred)Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service roleStrong written and verbal communication skills Preferred QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing environment or working closely with sales/manufacturing teamsFamiliarity with SAP or similar ERP systemsDemonstrated experience improving processes and delivering excellent customer serviceProven track record of collaboration across functions and contributing to continuous improvement initiativesJob Criteria Strong customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping othersAbility to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to resolving issuesActive listening skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleaguesSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow professionallyPositive, enthusiastic attitude that contributes to a professional and enjoyable work environmentWhat You'll Get From UsAt Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
